Giulia started working in the e-commerce industry since 2016, when she realized that this reality matches perfectly her skills.
At Gilmar she dealt with the online sales of multi, monobrand and outlet e-commerce websites. In these years she developed and promoted several projects, which are: 360° development of emerging markets with an appropriate instrument mix of e-commerce and digital marketing; management revision regarding the sales performance maximisation; the integration, release and sales management on marketplace; analysis of CRM-Magento integration for a better product database management and display; determining the communication strategy for the customer care services of the websites, etc.
Another task, none the less important, is the store management, particularly the management of the site selections and stock and the merchandising operations.

She graduated at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation in Moscow and her second degree is in Business Management at the UNIVPM.
Her background before e-commerce accounts for almost 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing (including go to market) in the mechanical engineering industry.
