Roberta graduated in Philosophy from the Università Statale – Milan. She believes in an integrated approach research methodologies. In her 18 years as a qualitative researcher, she’s applied this philosophy to fully understand the consumer across markets and categories such as fashion, luxury and retails. She joined Millward Brown in 2015, bringing a breadth and depth of experience to Firefly and is highly skilled in communications studies, brand positioning and product/concept development.
She coordinates national projects for well-known Italian clients as well as studies with a pan Europe footprint for global clients, earned accolades for her approach and insights.
She worked on brands in Europe, conducting exploration studies in different categories and identifying growing opportunities (white spaces) in a different segment.
Roberta’s enthusiasm for her work is apparent. Beyond the daily tasks, she enjoys nurturing her relationships with clients through workshops and sharing different experiences and point of views.
Since January 2018 she is Client Partner Fashion & Luxury at Kantar, Insights Division.
